Skybase Aviation is an international platform connecting Hong Kong, Ningbo and global partners across education, operations, industry and innovation. We bring together the people, knowledge and practical environments needed to transform promising aviation ideas into programmes, facilities, technologies and commercial opportunities. Our long-term goal is to help establish Hong Kong and Ningbo as interconnected global hubs for low-altitude economy development—linking international capital, knowledge and markets with real operating environments, industry capability and routes to commercialisation.
Our vision is to build a connected low-altitude economy in which education develops capable talent, aviation bases enable safe real-world activity, sport inspires public participation, aviation tourism allows more people to experience flight, expert consulting helps regions and enterprises act with confidence, and technology partnerships move new products from development and testing toward commercialisation in China and markets worldwide.

What we do
Skybase develops learning pathways across manned aviation, drones and the low-altitude economy. We connect students and professionals with practical flight training, overseas aviation education, university collaboration, applied research and industry-led learning.
